Being Cocky And Funny:
Dear Derek, is it advisable to be hitting on two girls working in the same workplace, in the same work area and who already know each other as friends? Or, should I express interest in only one? I also heard that being cocky funny is a good idea.

Incorporate cocky funny slowly into you. Add a piece little by little. You can let both know that you like them, and even start competition between them over who might get you.
